Kakobuy Spreadsheet updates: notices that change a first-order default
Kakobuy announcements and community channels, each tied to the decision it moves. Dates are the operator's; expired offers stay listed so you can see what changed.
October 2026: Halloween offers and a shipping subsidy
Kakobuy's notice of October 9, 2026 announced a 10% shipping subsidy sitewide from October 10 to 16 (Beijing time), with subsidies expiring on November 30, 2026. A ¥1300 coupon pack with code KAKOHALLOWEEN runs October 10 to 31, including one 10% shipping coupon with no minimum and tiered coupons from ¥30 off ¥21 up to ¥300 off ¥2000. A flash sale on October 15 and 16 takes at least 1% off all products.
Decision moved: 7. A shipping coupon with no minimum is worth more on a small first parcel than a high-threshold coupon you cannot reach. Coupons are redeemed under User Center, Coupons, Redeem. These offers expire; check the notice before relying on them.

July 2026: EU duty-free lines continue
On July 1, 2026 Kakobuy said it would keep duty-free lines for all EU destinations, that those lines include all applicable taxes and duties, and that any additional customs duties would be covered by Kakobuy. That was the notice’s stated treatment; confirm the actual line and shipment’s current eligibility.
It followed a June 23 notice on the new EU rule of a fixed €3 duty per product category, in which Kakobuy said it would charge €3 per parcel however many categories were inside.
Decision moved: 9. For EU buyers, check the current selected line’s declaration and tax-handling terms before relying on the earlier announcement.
Community channels and how to weigh them
Kakobuy's official Discord is linked from its home page and login page, and r/kakobuy describes itself as the Kakobuy official community, with about 21K members shown on October 10, 2026. Community posts are useful for one thing the help centre cannot give: recent parcel times on specific lines.
Weigh them that way. A post saying a line took nine days last week is evidence for decision 7. A post saying a line is always fast is not. Kakobuy itself publishes no batch grades and no quality rankings; anything that claims to be an official ranking comes from elsewhere.
Kakobuy also runs a share-order reward programme behind its login, which pays points for posts and videos about orders. Keep that in mind when a glowing haul post appears in a feed.

Review log for this guide
This site is reviewed against Kakobuy's help pages; each review is logged here. If a price on this site and a price in Kakobuy's help centre disagree, the help centre is right and this page is out of date.

German buyers will see a note on several lines there: parcels are cleared in Amsterdam and handed to DHL Germany, and the address must include the house number. That is decision 9 and decision 7 in one sentence.
Put it into practice
Read a promotion before you budget around it
- Check the event dates, eligible account, destination and shipping line. A coupon amount does not tell you its minimum spend or whether it stacks with another offer.
- Check the final checkout for the discount actually applied. Keep the dated terms if an offer influenced the order.
- Use community posts as questions to investigate. A recent report with a line name, destination and real timeline is more useful than an unqualified ranking.
